• Open 9am – 9pm, 365 days a year
• No appointment needed
• Most major insurances accepted
• X-ray, EKG, and lab testing done on site*
• Physicals (sports, school, work, drivers)
• Drug and alcohol screening
• Flu, tetanus, PPD and allergy shots
• Confidential STD/HIV testing
• Immediate treatment of acute illnesses and injuries

*While all PREMIER facilities have X-ray on the premises, our Oaks facility is actually located next door to Oaks Radiology, a full service radiology facility offering access to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and advanced digital X-ray equipment.
