PREMIER makes every effort to participate with as many insurance companies as possible. If your insurance company currently participates with us, you are only responsible for the copay that your plan dictates at the time of service.* In most cases, you will be responsible for either a specialist or urgent care copay. Certain plans require an emergency room copay. For your specific copay, co-insurance, or deductible, please check with your benefits manager, or call one of our centers and someone will be able to assist you.**
