We make every effort to participate with as many insurance companies as possible. If your insurance company currently participates with us, you are only responsible for the copay that your plan dictates. In most cases, you will be responsible for either a specialist or urgent care copay. Certain plans require an emergency room copay. For your specific copay, please check with your benefits manager, or call our center and someone will be able to assist you.
If your insurance company currently does not participate with us, please let us know (on the contact page) so we can either update you or begin the process with that company. You may still be seen at our center, and we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to return to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Payment of fees will be due in accordance with our payment policy.

NO HEALTH INSURANCE?
PREMIER Immediate Medical Care has developed a fee schedule which offers significant savings over the emergency room. With cost-savings of five to eight times cheaper than the ER, those without insurance now have a reasonable outlet to get the healthcare they need. Furthermore, we offer an additional prompt-pay discount for all patients who pay in-full on the day of service. This can bring your cost savings to over TEN TIMES cheaper than that of the ER! Payment of fees will be due in accordance with our payment policy.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash, check, and credit card (VISA/MC). Payment for services is dependent on the nature of care provided and the types of ancillary services which are required to treat the condition.
In order to be seen at our center, a minimum of $100 must be presented on the day of service. You may choose to have the balance of your visit billed to you, with payment due in 30 days. In most cases of a basic visit, the total bill is either slightly below or slightly above this figure. If you choose to pay your visit in-full on the day of service, you will be given an additional 25% discount.
